We recognized that selecting a planner, or journal for 2024 can be a little challenging at times, particularly when buying online.

Sometimes, the only way to be sure is by physically holding it, browsing through the pages, and fully engaging with its content.

For this reason, we provide a complimentary 14-day return policy for all physical hardcover or paperback planners, and journals purchased from our online store. Digital planners are non-refundable.

Note that any original shipping fees incurred are non-refundable.

What is covered

  • International clients (outside mainland USA) are also eligible for our 14-day returns, but we regret that we cannot compensate for the shipping costs of returns.
  • If you return only part of a bundle, the discount you received for the bundle will be invalidated. The refund will be the total amount paid less the standard retail price of the items that are not being returned.
  • Refunds (if applicable) Upon receiving and examining your returned merchandise, we will inform you via email that we have your item. The refund process is initiated within 5 business days after we receive the return.
  • Following approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied directly to your original payment method or credit card within a set number of days.
  • We retain the discretion to issue only partial refunds for any merchandise that is returned damaged or in a condition we consider non-salable. This also applies to items returned beyond the stated 14-day period.
  • Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) Refunds can sometimes take a while to post officially. If after checking with your bank or credit card company you find there’s an issue with receiving your refund, please get in touch with us at success-shop(at)thriveframework.com.
