If unmitigated, stress can manifest as tension, cause racing minds, a heightened level of arousal that puts our mind and body in a crisis state that interferes with our ability to stay in the present. Mindful minute takes no more than a couple of minutes to practise but when done multiple times throughout the workday, can go a long way in alleviating stress build-up, allowing us to stay on task and work more effectively. Â
